General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Maison Mulato, Guesthouse in Libourne
Article 1: Purpose
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente régissent les relations contractuelles entre La Maison Mulato, "Maison d’hôtes située à Libourne, au 42 Cours Tourny 33500" et ses clients, pour toute réservation d’hébergement.
Article 2 : Reservation
All reservations become firm and definitive upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total stay amount, payable by bank transfer, cheque, or online payment. The balance is due upon arrival.
Article 3: Rates
Rates are indicated in euros, all taxes included, and are valid for the duration and dates specified at the time of booking. They may be changed without prior notice before confirmation.
Article 4: Payment terms
Payment of the deposit guarantees the reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival, in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer. Accommodation will not be provided without full payment.
Article 5: Cancellation and modifications
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: deposit retained.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: full payment due.
Reservation modifications are possible subject to availability.
Article 6: Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 5:00 pm. Check-out must be before 11:00 am. Late arrivals after 8:00 pm must be notified in advance.
Article 7: Capacity and accommodation
Rooms must be occupied according to the maximum indicated capacity. Any undeclared excess occupancy may result in termination of the stay without refund.
Article 8: Guest responsibility
The guest is responsible for any damage occurring to the premises and equipment. They must respect the quiet and conviviality of the establishment.
Article 9: Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior consent.
Article 10: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services.
Article 11: Force majeure
In case of force majeure making performance impossible, the parties shall be released from their obligations without compensation.
Article 12: Personal data
Collected data is necessary for managing reservations and may be used for commercial offers with consent. The guest has the right to access and correct their data.
Article 13: Disputes
In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. The competent court is that of the guesthouse’s registered office in Libourne.
